The Supreme Judicial Council announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Supreme Judicial Council and the Public Prosecution Office in Russia. The Council said in a statement, "The head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidane, visited the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, Igor Krasnov, today, Thursday. The media center of the Supreme Judicial Council explained that "during the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Supreme Judicial Council and the Public Prosecution Office in the Russian Federation, aiming to enhance prospects for joint cooperation between the two countries." The statement added, "This meeting comes within the framework of the visit of the head of the council at the head of a high-level judicial delegation to Russia, based on the invitation extended by the President of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
