BRUSSELS: Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, has called not to go ahead with a seemingly imminent military offensive in the densely populated city of Rafah in southern Gaza. "The EU asks Israel not to take military action in Rafah that would worsen an already catastrophic humanitarian situation," said Borrel in a tweet on X.
