Gaza: Eight Palestinians, including children and women, were killed and others injured early Sunday morning when Israeli warplanes bombed two homes in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources reported that eight civilians were killed when two Israeli strikes hit two houses in the camp. Among the victims were six members of the Abu Amer family, whose home was targeted in a severe attack. The bombings also resulted in injuries to additional residents.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has led to at least 65,926 documented Palestinian fatalities, with more than 167,800 others injured. Thousands more are feared trapped beneath the rubble of destroyed buildings, as emergency and civil defense teams are unable to reach them due to continued Israeli bombardment.
