Egyptian President and Kuwaiti Crown Prince Reaffirm Rejection of Displacing Palestinians from Their Land

Gaza: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah reaffirmed on Tuesday their firm rejection of the displacement of Palestinians from their land. This statement was made during a meeting between El-Sisi and the Crown Prince in Kuwait.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Egyptian presidency released a statement detailing the discussions between the two leaders. They addressed regional developments, focusing on Egypt's ongoing efforts to broker a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

The leaders emphasized the urgent need for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, alongside the full and unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid. They also called for the commencement of Gaza's reconstruction in alignment with the Arab plan.

El-Sisi and the Crown Prince highlighted the necessity of continuing international efforts to revive a serious political process. This process aims to establish an independent Palestinian state based on the June 4, 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
