Offshore, it will be fine, the report added, strong wind and high sea. Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 08 to 18 knot reaching to 25 knot at places. Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 18 to 28 knot gusting to 32 knot at times. Visibility will be 04 to 08 kilometers. Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 5 feet at places. Offshore will be 5 to 9 feet surging to 11 feet at times.
