Culture and Tourism Deputy Minister , Abdullah Al-Washli, inaugurated on Monday in Sana'a the exhibition of the late plastic artist Mohammed Al-Bashiq, organized by Life Art Production Office Gift. At the opening, the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism stressed the ministry's interest in the young national cadres creativity that touch the concerns of society and discuss its issues, including the artist Al-Bashiq creativity , pointing out the importance of exhibition celebrating and launching the ministry's activities related to the Prophet Muhammad's birthday. He noted the importance of Yemenis celebrating the birth anniversary of the Prophet as the one who moved humanity from the darkness to the horizons of light and guidance, considering the occasion as a station to inspire lessons , and consecrate the Prophet's methodology as a role model and example for life. The former Minister of Culture, Abdullah Al-Kabsi, emphasized the importance of the artist's experience, pointing out that the opening of th e exhibition coincided with the commemoration of the Prophet's birth anniversary , and reviewed aspects of the Prophet's personality, and qualities. The speeches delivered by Sami Hamid, Director of Al-Wahda Directorate in Capital Secretariat, Sami Hamid, representative of the Social Affairs and Labor Office in the directorate, Shahina Mohammed, and the Gift of Life Office for artistic production, addressed the stations in the experience of Al-Bashiq, the most important works and characteristics of his paintings, hoping that the artist's family will receive care and attention. The Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism, former Minister of Culture Al-Kabsi, and guests toured the exhibition, which included many works by Mohammed Al-Bashiq, and were introduced to his recent paintings that deal with the details of daily life and current living.
