Baghdad, The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, offered congratulations on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, and called for addressing all outstanding problems with the federal government through understanding and resort to the constitution. He said in his congratulations: 'With the advent of the happy Eid al-Fitr, we extend our warmest congratulations and blessings to all Muslims in Kurdistan, Iraq, and the world, hoping that this Eid will descend upon the people of Kurdistan, full of all meanings of joy, happiness, and prosperity, carrying with it the good news of the end of all wars and tragedies everywhere. He added: 'We hope that the agreement and understanding reached with the relevant authorities in the federal government regarding salaries and financial rights for the Kurdistan region will last, and we hope that this will be the beginning of resolving the other outstanding problems and all remaining controversial issues through understanding and resorting to the constit ution.'
