The Skills Development Fund concluded a training course for 33 cadres from the Yemen Oil Company in Sana'a in the field of management. The course, which was implemented through the Petroleum and Mineral Training Center in 10 days, aimed to familiarize participants from the company's general management and branches with 'modern methods in planning, follow-up, preparing administrative reports and correspondence.' Through the course, participants received information and knowledge in five areas that focused on administrative and leadership skills, planning , decision-making, describing obstacles to achievement , avoiding them, operational planning, methods of follow-up, implementation, control and performance evaluation, ending with the preparation of reports and administrative communications. In turn, the Deputy Executive Director of the Fund, Jamil Al Nuaimi, pointed out that the course comes within a group of rehabilitation programs implemented by the Fund to improve the performance of administrative and t echnical cadres in the entities contributing to the Fund from the public, private and mixed sectors. He pointed to the preparations for similar courses to raise the skills of the cadres of the contributing entities in the technical and technical aspects within the Fund's plans for the year 2024 AD.
