Detachments of the Baghdad Anti-Crime Directorate/Al-Habibiyah Office arrested two persons accused for stealing a sum of money amounting to (47) million dinars from inside a commercial store within the Al-Habibiyah area, east of Baghdad. The Directorate stated in a statement: The arrest took place after information became available to the Directorate's detachments that one of the shops within the Responsibility Sector had been robbed. A work team was formed to follow up on the incident. After investigating and gathering information and with technical efforts, the accused were identified and arrested, so that the papers could be presented to the investigation before the investigating judge, who decided to arrest them in accordance with the provisions of Article 444 of the Penal Code so that they could receive their just punishment.
