JERICHO: Colonists today prevented Palestinian shepherds from grazing their livestock in the Arab Al-Malihat area, northwest of Jericho, according to a local activist. Hassan Malihat, the general supervisor of Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, said that scores of Israeli colonists raided Al-Malihat area, accompanied by their dogs, and prevented the shepherds from grazing their livestock. Israeli colonists escalated their attacks on Al-Malihat area communities with the aim of forcing their Palestinian residents to leave in order to steal their lands and expand their colonial settlements.
