Umm safa: Israeli colonists embarked on leveling Palestinian land on Thursday in the village of Umm Safa, northwest of Ramallah, according to local sources.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Marwan Al-Sabbah, head of the Umm Safa village council, reported that colonists started bulldozing swathes of land near the eastern entrance to the village.
Umm Safa has been subjected to repeated attacks and land violations by Israeli colonists in recent years, including the seizure of agricultural land, the establishment and expansion of colonial outposts, and restrictions on residents' access to their property.
