Umm Tuba: Colonists Monday night attacked a Palestinian resident of Umm Tuba, a village south of occupied Jerusalem, leaving him with severe injuries, according to local sources. Mohammad Issa, a man in his thirties, was assaulted with a sharp object by colonists in the said town. He was able to flee and return to his village before being taken to a hospital for treatment. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, since the onset of Israeli aggression against Palestinians on October 7, 2023, violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinians and their properties has significantly increased. This indiscriminate violence has drawn widespread condemnation. In response, several countries have imposed sanctions on Israeli colonists accused of carrying out violent acts against Palestinians in the West Bank.
