Civil Service issues circular regarding second half of September 2018 salary disbursement

Civil Service and Insurance Ministry issued today,Wednesday, Circular No. 2 of 1445 AH regarding the disbursement of the second half of the salary for the month of September 2018 AD to all public service units that had not previously been disbursed. Below is the text of the circular: Based on the directives of Supreme Political Council President , and on the occasion of the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan for the year 1445 AH, and in view of the living conditions that state employees are suffering from and the cessation of salary disbursement due to the aggression, the directives stipulated that the second half of the salary for the month of September 2018 be disbursed to all employees of public service units that had not previously been paid. In light of this, the Ministry assures all parties to quickly complete the following procedures within a maximum of two days: - Review the variables that have been reversed, ensure they are correct, and enter any other variables on the accruals side through t he automated system. - Complete the national numbers or correct the numbers entered incorrectly. Units that meet their expenses from their revenues must adhere to the instructions mentioned above according to the approved mechanism. Civil Service and Insurance Ministry calls on all public service units to adhere to the rules, principles and legal procedures regulating and approved for the process of disbursing salaries and the instructions mentioned above.
