Child Injured During Israeli Storming of Ramallah-Area Neighborhood

Al-Bireh: A Palestinian child was injured on Sunday evening after the Israeli occupation forces stormed the Umm al-Sharait neighborhood in the city of al-Bireh.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its crews attended to the injury of an 11-year-old child who was struck with rubber-coated bullets. The child was subsequently transferred to the hospital for treatment.

The society also noted that its crews managed two cases of suffocation, resulting from the toxic gas fired by the occupation soldiers. The Israeli forces, consisting of 10 vehicles, entered the neighborhood and positioned themselves in the al-Amin Square area. During the operation, they raided commercial stores and deployed sound bombs inside several establishments.
