Child Injured During Israeli Forces Raid on Askar al-Jadid Refugee Camp

Nablus: A child was injured by live fire from Israeli occupation forces during a raid on the Askar al-Jadid refugee camp, east of Nablus.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources confirmed the incident, which occurred on Thursday. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that the child, aged 15, sustained a gunshot wound to the leg as a result of the Israeli military's actions.

Local sources further informed WAFA that Israeli military vehicles entered the eastern area of Nablus city before advancing into the refugee camp and its surrounding areas. During the operation, soldiers reportedly used live ammunition, resulting in the injury to the child.
