Basra crude, heavy and medium, suffered weekly losses, coinciding with global oil recording weekly losses after 4 weeks of gains. Basra Heavy crude closed in its last session yesterday, Friday, with a decline of 20 cents, reaching $81.08, and recorded weekly losses amounting to $1.9, equivalent to 2.29%. While Basra Average crude closed in its last session with a decline of 20 cents, reaching $83.98, and recorded weekly losses amounting to $1.58, or the equivalent of 1.85%. Brent crude futures fell by about 1.7% on a weekly basis after 4 weeks of gains, and West Texas Intermediate crude futures fell by 0.1%. Source: National Iraqi News Agency
