Gaza city: At least 50 Palestinians were killed across the Gaza Strip between midnight and 7:00 p.m. today, Sunday, as Israeli forces carried out strikes on areas of the Strip.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, WAFA correspondent reported that 46 of today's fatalities occurred in the northern part of the Strip after a series of Israeli airstrikes, including one that targeted Al-Ru'ya Tower and killed one person.
Medical sources said today's fatalities include 46 in northern Gaza, two in central Gaza, and two in the southern part of the Strip.
Medical authorities announced that the total number of Palestinians killed since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023, has risen to 64,368. The number of those injured has climbed to 162,776. Most of the dead are women and children.
Medical sources also confirmed that several victims remain trapped under rubble of destroyed buildings, and that airstrikes and damage to roads hindered the work of emergency and civil defense crews.
