Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti, on Wednesday discussed with the Indian Ambassador to Jordan, Manish Chauhan, bilateral relations and aspects of joint cooperation to serve interests of the two friendly countries' armed forces. The two sides also went over the latest developments on the regional and international arenas, stressing the need to orchestrate international efforts to achieve peace and stability in the region, according to a Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) statement. Meanwhile, Chauhan stressed Jordan's "pivotal and important" role in establishing international security and peace, especially amid the current circumstances facing the region.
