SALFIT: Colonists today attacked and opened fire at Palestinian farmers attending their lands in the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Salfit city, local sources said. They said that a group of armed colonists brutally assaulted a local farmer while he was attending his land, causing him bruises. They also attempted to stab him with a sharp object. The colonists further fired heavy gunfire shots in the air and at the farmers to foce them to leave the area. Source: Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA
