Kirkuk (NINA) - The Arab Council in Kirkuk confirmed that there is no agreement between the winning components of Kirkuk to form the local government. Council spokesman Azzam Al-Hamdani said in a press statement: 'There are negotiations to resolve the formation of the local government after the last meeting of the provincial council, which was held at the invitation of Prime Minister Muhammad Al-Sudani, and there is no final position or agreement yet.'
