The Ministry of Transport announced today the recording of an earthquake measuring (4.1) degrees southeast of Khanaqin in Diyala. The Ministry stated in a statement .. that "the earthquake was recorded at exactly 08:54:11 am local time and its magnitude reached (4.1) degrees and is (34) km southeast of Khanaqin, northeast of Baqubah.
