A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency /NINA: 'A force from the Anti-Crime Department arrested a person accused of the murder of a woman in Al-Khalis district, north of Baqubah.' He added: 'The accused admitted during the investigation that he had committed the crime, and he was arrested in accordance with Article 406 of the Civil Code to be brought before the judiciary.
