Al-Sudani meets Maysan Governor and Chairman of its Council and confirms the government’s orientation towards supporting the work of local governments and providing the requirements for their success

Prime Minister, Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani received today, Saturday, Maysan Governor Habib Dhaher Al-Fartousi, and the head of the provincial council Mustafa Da'ir Al-Muhammadawi, as part of Al-Sudani's follow-up of the affairs of the provinces and the performance of their local governments, and the implementation of service and economic aspects in the government program. During the meeting, Al-Sudani was briefed on the progress of implementing service projects, and the path of developing and rebuilding infrastructure, in line with the priorities of the government program, and the actual need for the service sector in the province, and within the framework of meeting the aspirations of citizens, in all districts and sub-districts of the province. Al-Sudani stressed the necessity of integration in work, and fruitful cooperation to accomplish tasks, between the governor and the provincial council, as the criterion for success is the satisfaction of the citizen, providing integrated service to him, and achieving a tangible difference in the social and economic reality, renewing the government's direction towards supporting the work of local governments, and providing the requirements for their success.
