Gaza - Ma'an - Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced on Monday the bombing of a house in which an Israeli force had barricaded itself in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip. The Brigades said in a statement via Telegram that its fighters "managed to detonate a booby-trapped house inside which a Zionist force was holed up in the Shaboura camp in the city of Rafah, leaving members of the force dead and wounded." The statement added: "Immediately upon the arrival of the rescue force, our mujahideen destroyed the vicinity of the house that was blown up with mortar shells." It also confirmed that "the enemy forces stationed south of the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood and the vicinity of the Kuwaiti Hospital, in the city of Rafah, were destroyed with mortar shells."
