Al-Khazali said in a comment on the X platform, 'We strongly condemn the recent Turkish incursion into the lands of our beloved country, and while we affirm Iraq's position rejecting the use of Iraqi lands to attack neighboring countries, we warn against attempts to exploit this as an excuse to occupy parts of our beloved country in Iraqi Kurdistan, and creating a new border line, by cutting off vast areas of Iraqi territory.
