The leader of the Sovereignty Party, Khamis Al-Khanjar, condemned the assassination of the head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement, the martyr Ismail Haniyeh. He said in a tweet on the X website: We strongly condemn the continuation of the crimes of the Zionist entity against the sons of the Palestinian people and the dangerous escalation practiced by the government of the usurping entity; which confirms its danger to regional stability and international peace, which requires an urgent Arab and Islamic position against Zionist arrogance and the barbaric killing machine, represented by stopping normalization and severing economic, political and security relations with Netanyahu's gang and his criminal gang. He added: "The Palestinian and Islamic resistance movement will not stop with the assassination of the martyr Haniyeh, and it will increase its determination to confront the enemy and defend Jerusalem, because it is a just cause against an occupying entity.
