Baghdad: The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, stressed that Eid al-Ghadir is a message of unity, coexistence, regularity of affairs and cohesion of societies. Al-Hakim said in a statement: "Al-Ghadir is an embodiment of the responsibility to maintain and continue the eternal Islamic project that completes and seals the heavenly religions that led humanity towards its goals and hopes, to protect the message of heaven and preserve its continuity and sustainability, and to keep the nation away from the pitfalls of ruin." He pointed out that "the message of Ghadir is a message of unity, coexistence, order of affairs, cohesion of societies, rejection of sectarianism, racism, ethnicity and regionalism, and the gathering of people in one crucible and within one framework through which they achieve more order for themselves and constructive coexistence for their peoples.
