The report highlights the successful completion of the fifth phase of the cloud expansion project, which aimed to enhance the digital infrastructure for government institutions. This phase involved expanding the cloud infrastructure to host internal services and systems, centralizing hosting solutions, and minimizing the use of disparate systems across various institutions. Significant progress was also made in strengthening information security. The report details the completion of several critical projects, including the implementation of two-factor authentication across government institutions. This initiative aims to enhance digital security by adding an additional layer of protection for online logins. Additionally, a government-wide vulnerability closure system was established to identify and rectify security w eaknesses in systems and applications. The report further notes the finalization of minimum secure settings and employee training programs designed to bolster the effectiveness and security of digital infrastructure. These measures include setting clear security standards and ensuring staff compliance through comprehensive training. Efforts to enhance the security and performance of government-end devices, such as desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, were also completed. Moreover, the report highlights the successful completion of security assessments for various government electronic systems and services. A unified electronic services publishing system was implemented to provide a centralized platform for efficient access to government services.
