Ramallah - Ma'an - The Commission of Prisoners' Affairs and the Prisoners' Club reported that the Israeli occupation forces have arrested more than 9,655 citizens from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7. The Commission and the Prisoners Club explained, in a joint statement today, Sunday, that this toll includes those who were arrested from their homes, through military checkpoints, those who were forced to surrender themselves under pressure, and those who were held hostage. They pointed out that the occupation forces arrested during the past two days (30) citizens at least from the West Bank, including a woman and former prisoners, and the arrests were distributed across the governorates of Ramallah, Hebron, Qalqilya, Tulkarm, Jenin, Jericho, and Jerusalem.
