An earthquake measuring 5.2 magnitude on the Richter scale struck the Kermadec Islands off the coast of New Zealand on Thursday. The US Geological Survey (USGS) said that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 km. So far, there have been no reports of human losses or material damage as a result of the earthquake.
