At least three people were killed in a Russian missile strike that targeted the city of Odesa in southwestern Ukraine on Wednesday. According to Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper, a Russian missile attack led to the death of three people and the injury of three others in the Ukrainian port of Odesa. The attack caused damage to civilian infrastructure, yet; the nature and extent of this damage was not specified, Kiper added in a post on the Telegram. Ukrainian authorities announced earlier Tuesday that five people were killed and 23 others were injured in a Russian missile attack on Odesa, southern Ukraine. Russia constantly targets the city of Odesa with missiles and explosive drones. The ports of the large coastal city overlooking the Black Sea are of great importance for Ukrainian exports. Since the outbreak of the military operation in Ukraine in 2022, conflicting reports have emerged regarding the extent of losses suffered by both sides of the conflict.
