223 days of war on Palestine: The invasion expands in Rafah and Jabalia
Gaza – Together – Israeli aircraft continued their bombing of various areas of the Gaza Strip on the 223rd day of the war, leaving dozens of martyrs and wounded.
The Israeli occupation committed five massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, claiming 60 martyrs and 80 injuries during the past 24 hours, bringing the toll of the Israeli aggression to 35,233 martyrs and 79,141 injuries.
Israeli tanks are trying to advance further into Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, and Jabalia, north, amid their withdrawal from the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, after a six-day invasion.
South of the sector
Four martyrs died as a result of the occupation targeting a house for the Al-Halaqawi family in central Rafah.
Occupation tanks advanced in the vicinity of the Eastern Cemetery, Mall of Arabia, and Al-Salam neighborhood, east of Rafah, amid continued artillery shelling, which led to the death of four citizens.
The occupation aircraft bombed the tents of the displaced people northwest of the city of Ra
fah, causing a number of casualties.
In Khan Yunis, occupation aircraft bombed several places in the village of Abasan, east of the governorate.
North of the sector
Journalist Hail Al-Najjar was martyred along with a number of his family members in an Israeli bombing that targeted Old Gaza Street in Jabalia.
The occupation warplanes bombed the house of the “Asalia” family on Old Gaza Street in the city of Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip.
Four martyrs, with body parts and a number of injuries, arrived at the Baptist Hospital as a result of the occupation targeting a gathering of citizens at the Al-Oyoun intersection on Al-Jalaa Street, southwest of Gaza.
There were martyrs and wounded in an Israeli bombing on an apartment for the Al-Diri family in the Al-Sabra neighborhood in Gaza.
Two members of the Al-Ghafri family were martyred when their home in central Gaza was bombed.
The withdrawal of the occupation army from the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood revealed widespread destruction of homes, five displacemen
t centers and streets destroyed by the occupation.
The Civil Defense indicated that 200 homes were destroyed during the invasion of Olive, which lasted for six days.
Paramedics recovered the bodies of about twenty martyrs who died in the bombing, but no one was able to reach them.
The middle of the sector
A number of citizens were injured as a result of an Israeli raid on an apartment in Tower 6 of Ain Jalut Towers, east of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
The occupation artillery continued to bomb the axis extending from the village of Al-Mughraqa to the city of Al-Zahra, north of the Nuseirat camp, and Wadi Gaza.
One martyr and a number of others were injured after the occupation forces opened fire on a group of citizens west of the Al-Zahraa area in the central Gaza Strip.
