The Skills Development Fund (SDF) concluded the training program "Strategic Planning Using the Balanced Scorecard" in the Capital Secretariat. The program, which was implemented by the Fund through the Consultation and Development Center in five days, aimed to provide 18 administrative staff from Al-Mutawakkil Hospital with the necessary skills to build plans and strategies through the Balanced Scorecard. The Fund's Executive Director, Ali Al-Qasimi, explained that Balanced Scorecard is a management system that enables organizations to translate the vision and strategy into work programs characterized by scientific measurement indicators that provide feedback on internal processes , external results to continuously improve the organization's performance and results. At the program conclusion , in the presence of the Fund's Deputy Executive Director Jamil Al-Nuaimi, the hospital's director, Mohammed Al-Mutawakel, pointed out that the program comes within the framework of the hospital's general training pla n to raise the efficiency of its staff in various fields in order to improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
