Fourteen people were killed and three others were injured in a fire that broke out in a residential building in central Hanoi. The French news agency quoted official Vietnamese media on Friday as saying that 'a huge fire broke out at dawn on Friday and was accompanied by numerous explosions,' noting that 'the stricken building is located at the end of an alley with a width of only two meters, and on the ground floor it includes a shop for selling and repairing electric bicycles, while upper floors are residential apartments.
