10 Palestinians Killed in Israeli Airstrikes on Gaza City

Gaza City: At least 10 Palestinians were killed and several others injured on Thursday afternoon following a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting different areas in Gaza City, according to local sources.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, five people were killed when an Israeli airstrike hit an apartment in Al-Sadiq Tower, located near the Al-Sahaba Complex in Gaza City. Earlier in the day, residents recovered the bodies of five people killed in an Israeli airstrike that struck civilians on Al-Nakheel Street in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 51,355 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 117,248 others injured. Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.

Israel's attacks continue despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent further casualties and alleviate the humanitarian situation in Gaza.
