Young Woman Injured by Israeli Sniper Fire at Tulkarm Refugee Camp Entrance

Tulkarm: An 18-year-old Palestinian woman was shot and injured by Israeli occupation forces on Thursday evening while she was near the Al-Awda Hall at the entrance to Tulkarm refugee camp, north of the occupied West Bank.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, local sources reported that the young woman was struck in the back by a bullet fired by Israeli snipers stationed at a military post inside the camp. She was accompanied by her mother, brother, and a group of residents who were heading to inspect their homes when the gunfire erupted.

The injured woman was transported to Thabet Thabet Government Hospital, where medical staff reported her condition as stable.
