Bethlehem: The Ministry of Health announced on Wednesday that a young Palestinian man from the town of Ash-Shuyukh, in the Hebron governorate, was killed by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire near the Tunnels checkpoint in Bethlehem.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Ministry said it was informed by the General Authority of Civil Affairs that Qusay Maher Ismail Halaika, 28, was killed after Israeli occupation forces opened fire at him near Bethlehem.
Local and security sources reported that Israeli forces shot the young man and left him bleeding on the ground.
