Ramallah: Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), Hussein al-Sheikh, met on Sunday with the Egyptian Ambassador to the State of Palestine, Ihab Suleiman. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, during the meeting, the two sides underscored Egypt's pivotal role in implementing US President Donald Trump's plan, as well as the continued joint coordination on the Rafah crossing. They stressed the urgent need to deliver humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people, highlighting the importance of collaboration between the two nations. The discussion also focused on strengthening bilateral relations and ensuring the smooth operation of the Rafah crossing to facilitate the movement of goods and people. The officials reiterated their commitment to maintaining open communication and working together on regional issues.
