Post: UPDATE: Israeli Forces Storm Several Areas in Ramallah and Qalqilya Governorates

Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces stormed on Saturday evening several villages and towns in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate. Security sources told WAFA that the occupation forces stormed the village of 'Abwein, sparking confrontations during which soldiers fired live ammunition at residents, with no injuries reported.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the occupation forces also stormed the city of Rawabi, the village of Ajjul north of Ramallah, the village of 'Aroura northwest of the governorate, and the town of Sinjil to the northeast, with no reports of detentions. Israeli forces also stormed the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah. Local sources reported that Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters toward residents' homes during the raid, with no injuries reported.

Israeli forces also set up a military checkpoint at the western entrance of the village. Al-Mughayyir and nearby villages and towns have been subjected to near-daily raids by the occupation forces, in addition to ongoing attacks by colonists against residents and their property in the area.

In a separate incident, Israeli occupation forces stormed the village of Kafr Qaddum east of Qalqilya. Local sources told WAFA that Israeli forces stormed the village through its eastern entrance, deployed in multiple areas, and raided several homes, with no detentions reported.
