UPDATE: Child Injured by Gunfire from Israeli Forces in Silwad

Silwad: A Palestinian child was injured on Sunday evening by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire in the town of Silwad, east of Ramallah, according to a local official. Mayor of Silwad, Raed Hamed, reported that a 14-year-old child was struck by live ammunition in the foot during confrontations with the occupation forces. These confrontations occurred following a military raid into the Tel al-Asour area, east of the town.

According to Palestine news and Information Agency, colonists attacked the Tel al-Asour area, prompting confrontations with residents who resisted the attack. The occupation forces stormed the area simultaneously with the colonists' attack and opened fire on residents, resulting in the injury to the child, who was subsequently transferred to the hospital.
