UNICEF Reports Over 5,800 Children Suffering from Malnutrition in Gaza

Gaza: The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) announced Sunday that over 5,800 children in the Gaza Strip were diagnosed with malnutrition during June, as the devastating Israeli war and the 18-year-long blockade continue to severely restrict access to food and essential services.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, UNICEF described the situation as 'a child survival emergency.' The organization emphasized the urgent need for aid to be delivered promptly and on a large scale to address the crisis affecting thousands of vulnerable children in the region.
