Burqin: Two Palestinians have been yesterday evening killed by Israeli forces in Burqin, west of Jenin, according to official sources. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the General Authority of Civil Affairs reported that it had informed the Ministry of Health about the deaths of Qutaiba Walid Ahmed Shalabi, 30, and Muhammad Asad Mahmoud Nazzal, 25. The two men were killed by the bullets of the Israeli occupation forces, and their bodies are currently being held. The incident unfolded when occupation forces surrounded a house in the town of Burqin. The forces fired several missiles from a drone and "Energa" shells at the house after special forces infiltrated the town and surrounded the building, instructing those inside to exit via loudspeakers. Following the confrontation, the occupation forces demolished the besieged house, razing it to the ground with a heavy bulldozer, and detained the bodies of the two slain youths, who were from the nearby town of Qabatiya. The Red Crescent Society reported that its crews attended to a 60-year-old man who sustained injuries from live bullets in the right foot and shrapnel in the left foot. The injured man was identified as the owner of the house that was surrounded and demolished.
