Two Palestinians Killed by Israeli Fire in Central Hebron

Hebron: Two Palestinians were killed on Saturday evening by Israeli occupation forces in the Bab al-Zawiya area in downtown Hebron, south of the occupied West Bank, according to medical sources.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, witnesses reported that Israeli occupation forces opened fire and killed 55-year-old Ziad Naim Abu Dawood, a municipal sanitation worker, while he was performing his duties. He was left to bleed until he died before his body was handed over to Palestinian Red Crescent teams.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society stated that its crews received the body of Abu Dawood from Israeli occupation forces and transferred him to Hebron Governmental Hospital. Witnesses also mentioned that another Palestinian was killed at the scene and that the army seized his body.
