Jerusalem: Two Palestinian shepherds were injured on Tuesday when Israeli colonists attacked them in the northern Jordan Valley. Local sources said that at least two shepherds were injured when colonists attacked them near Umm al-Quba plain in the northern Jordan Valley.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the sources added that the colonists are chasing the shepherds in the area and forcing them to leave their pastures in the northern Jordan Valley. The monthly report of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission stated that the Israeli occupation forces and colonists carried out 1,705 attacks during February, in continuation of the ongoing series of terrorism by the occupying state against the Palestinian people, their lands, and their property.
The report added that the entity represented by the occupation army carried out 1,475 attacks, while the colonists carried out 230 attacks. The total number of attacks were concentrated in the governorates of Nablus with 300 attacks, Hebron with 267, and Ramallah with 263.
