Post: Two Lebanese Soldiers Killed in Israeli Drone Strike on Southern Lebanon Road

Beirut: Two Lebanese soldiers were killed on Saturday in an Israeli airstrike on the Khardali-Nabatieh road in southern Lebanon.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, a Lebanese Army officer holding the rank of brigadier general and his driver lost their lives when an Israeli strike targeted the Al-Khardali road.

The Khardali road serves as a crucial transportation corridor, linking the Nabatieh region with the Marjeyoun district in southern Lebanon. It spans the Litani River and is geographically recognized as the Khardali Bridge. The site has been directly targeted by Israeli warplanes on multiple occasions.
