Two Civilians Killed in Israeli Drone Attack in Southern Gaza

Gaza: Two civilians were killed and several others were injured on Wednesday in an Israeli drone attack that targeted a gathering of civilians in the center of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources have warned of the worsening health situation in Gaza due to the severe shortage of essential medical supplies in hospitals, with 80% of patients unable to find their required medications. The ongoing conflict has severely strained the healthcare infrastructure, leaving many without access to necessary treatment.

The death toll since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on Gaza on October 7, 2023, has reached 50,144, with over 113,704 others wounded. The resumption of the Israeli offensive on March 18, 2025, has resulted in more than 750 civilian deaths and nearly 1,400 injuries, the majority of whom are women and children. The relentless Israeli airstrikes, drone attacks, and artillery bombardments continue to target homes, hospitals, facilities, refugee tents, vehicles, and civilian gatherings, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the region.
