Gaza: Two civilians were killed and several others were injured in Israeli airstrikes on Sunday, targeting Khan Yunis and Deir al-Balah in the southern and central Gaza Strip.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, in Khan Yunis, one civilian lost their life and others sustained injuries when Israeli warplanes bombed tents that were sheltering displaced families in the al-Mawasi area.
Further incidents occurred in the town of Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Yunis, where two individuals were injured in a drone strike. Israeli aircraft continue to fly at low altitudes in the area, dropping flares over the city.
Meanwhile, in Deir al-Balah, another civilian was killed, and one person was critically wounded in an Israeli airstrike on the al-Baraka area, located south of the city.
