Nablus: Three Palestinians were killed today in separate traffic incidents in the cities of Nablus and Bethlehem, according to police spokesperson Colonel Louay Arziqat.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, two men, aged 41 and 55, lost their lives in Nablus. One of the victims was fatally struck by a vehicle in Askar refugee camp, while the other died after a tractor overturned in the village of Burqa.
In another tragic incident, a 30-year-old man was killed in a traffic collision involving two vehicles in the village of Battir, located west of Bethlehem.
Arziqat reported that the victims were transported to the hospital in critical condition before being pronounced dead. The police have notified the Public Prosecution and initiated an investigation to determine the causes of the accidents.
He emphasized the importance of drivers exercising maximum caution, adhering to traffic rules and speed limits, and avoiding the use of mobile phones while driving to ensure their safety and that of others.
