Bir al-Sabi': Thousands of Palestinian Bedouins on Thursday held a mass demonstration over Israel's policy of home demolitions and colonial expansionist plans in Naqab. The protest saw large crowds gathering in front of the Israeli government offices, voicing their opposition to the ongoing demolitions and forced displacement.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the demonstrators carried black flags and placards with slogans demanding an end to home demolitions and the forcible expulsion of Palestinians. They also called for the cancellation of former Israeli Diaspora Affairs Minister Amichai Chikli's plan aimed at displacing Palestinians from the Naqab. The protestors' slogans condemned what they described as racist policies and practices against the indigenous Palestinians of the Naqab.
