Al-khader: Several Palestinian residents experienced suffocation due to tear gas fired by Israeli forces during a military raid on the town of Al-Khader, located south of Bethlehem. The incident unfolded on Saturday, as reported by local sources.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli forces launched tear gas canisters during their military operation in multiple areas of the town. The primary target was residents near the entrance of the Aqabat Hasna area, resulting in several suffocation cases. These cases were treated on site, with no severe injuries reported.
The Israeli forces' presence was noted across various sections of Al-Khader, yet no detentions were carried out during the operation. The raid in Al-Khader is part of a broader pattern, as earlier in the day, Israeli forces also entered the town of Beit Fajjar, deploying troops in several neighborhoods.
